I go here for the shrimp a couple times a month. My only negative is the have removed a couple of the healthier side dishes from the menu. Love the benets, warm chocolate pastry yum.

Went through the drive thru and they put some of our order together after they collected the payment then told us to park up front and they would bring it out. After 15 minutes, the woman parked next to us said she had been there a half an hour waiting. We went in to check on our order and a worker through two things in a bag and said here you go. Part of the order that had been sitting there since we moved to the front. So we asked for a refund and she said we don't give refunds. Someone else did issue a refund though. Not worth going because they need to take their time and get the previous orders out before sending people to wait and forgetting about them.

Drive through: I was asked to wait 4 minutes in the front of the restaurant and they would bring order out. Tight on time, I thought, no problem. After 15 minutes, I went in to retrieve meal or ask for refund. They handed me a bag, I thanked them and ran for door. When I reached my destination and opened bag, it was apparent this was not my order. I called to request refund and they refused. I was told when I could come in, they would refund it. I explained I was rarely on that side of town and was told there was no flexibility. Manager then set down phone and refused to speak. No one ever asked what the order even was but I can go get a refund, anytime, per Ana. Hard to trust that with such great customer service 🙄

My family and I was visiting Denver Colorado and we had a great coupon to feed the 5 of us. The girl in drive thru had poor customer service skills, she got literally mad when we asked for more plastic ware, trays and extra napkins. Not a good experience!

Worst experience I have ever had. Waited ten minutes for my food. Had to go inside to retrieve it, waited another 5 minutes while I watched several customers come in with no masks on. The manager never aknowledged me, not people not wearing masks. This is the worst managed establishment I have ever been to. I wont be back.
