called in before hand to make sure the woman I like to do my nails was there, the person said yes. drove 35 minutes to salon, and she was not there. the woman said “oh yeah, sorry she’s off today” I told her I drove out of my way and that she lied to me and she said “well I can do it” I said no thank you. she had been very ugly to me previously, and talked on her phone the entire time, literally. everyone but kim, and rachel are EXTREMELY rude and get angry and annoyed if you have a comment about the water being too warm, or if something hurts. I will be going elsewhere from now on.

Absolutely horrible. Just don’t go here. I went to get my nails re done. Asked for ombré and when I got finished it looked like I had my nine year old sister do my nails. No joke. I wish I could post my photo on here. She only took off $2!!! So I then had to go somewhere else to get them fixed for more money! Do NOT waste your money here!!!!
