FIRST & LAST Time At “New Hello Nails Spa”!!!
I went on the morning of July 6, 2018 super excited to get a pedicure & full set before a 2 week vacation (everyone knows how important it is to freshen up & look good before a vacation ... let alone a 2 week vacation). Tina & Maria did my pedicure & full set of nails at the same time. I have no complains with Maria because she absolutely slayed my pedicure. However, Tina did not do too well with my acrylic nails. At first she judged me for wanting short acrylic nails & then when it came to the painting part there was an error in every nail... I just removed the nail polish on my hands & am super upset I don’t have a nail polish color that matches my toes ... & I have to catch a flight in a couple of hours... so thank you “New Hello Nails Spa” for the worst experience. I do NOT recommend anyone to go there. In fact, I recommend Z & Z nails located on 238th & Broadway & is super close to “New Hello Nails Spa.” Yes ... I am mentioning a competitor because I am THAT upset ... I hope this review convinces people to NEVER. STEP. A. FOOT. IN. “New Hello Nails Spa” ........

Used togo there all the time for years and the current owners sold it but I did know. I went in to get my eyebrows done and the lady burned me underneath my eyebrows. Went back to complain and get my money back and ther argued that she mine all the time but I alaay have gotten them done there for years and that never happen will not be going back there under the new ownership. Don't go there ever.

The nails they did it looks like my baby sister could had did a better job. Disgusting customer service. If I could give them no star i would. Please people think before going there. You will regret it, I should had listen when a girl came in there and she got fungus

Terrible ... I could have done my nails myself ! Literally how bad they are omg first and last. Also waited hours for them to do my tips they are super slow and only two people doing acrylics , which do it horrible . Never again

Hella dirty. Lots of waiting around. No lotion after the leg wax, just some itchy oil. A kid came in askin for money lol. But mostly it was so unsanitary. I'm legally blind and I could see dirt and grime evvvvvverywhere.
