I’ve been here 3 times, the first two times were great. I got the male who doesn’t seem to speak English the first two times and my nails were perfect. He payed close attention to details and made sure I liked them, I always gave him a cash tip. This time will definitely be my last. I came in at 3pm on a Wednesday just to get a color (shellac) change and the place was empty. I got a woman who soaked my original shellac off for 30+ minutes, i almost left at that point. But still sat there hoping they were going to do a good job. She flipped my hands around aggressively like she didn’t want to be there or do the job. I asked for 4 different colors that were on the wheel of colors and each time without looking she said “don’t have” over and over. I settled for white.
My nails are botched, there’s clumps of Gel top coat in certain places. A few of them are missing paint. There’s air bubbles in them... the lady kept saying beautiful over and over, I didn’t agree... the list goes on.
Needless to say I’ll never get my nails done here again. I’ll go to a different place for my pedicures and paint my own nails from now on. To anyone wanting to come here... don’t.

Got in there quickly. Staff was nice and friendly. Had a nice conversation while getting my pedicure and I liked the results.

Got my nails done here and I loved the work, but it only took 4 days for two of my nails to break off. When I went back for a fix I was told that it was my fault and I needed to be more careful, and I was charged for the nail fix as well.

My sister suggested we go here to get our nails done and I'll be honest, I was a little nervous. There was a staff of four, they we're busy, and a little pushy. But the staff were honest and real which I liked. I don't get my nails done a lot so I appreciated that Ms.Kim told me to relax. Even when I took too long on whether or not I wanted my toes and nails done, they treated me like my family would. Fussed at me, made light jokes, and smiled while telling me to not worry as I apologized like crazy. I could see where someone else might not like this, but I felt very comfortable afterwards. Plus my husband thinks my nails look wonderful. I will be going back : )

Worst gel manicure ever they were right next to my house, so I thought I would try them but I will never go back they did not speak to me other than to ask for a polish color. When I asked them to make sure that the polish so I did not have to redo my nails next week. She started talking to this guy in a foreign language and he came over and said it’s fine. Not when I am paying to get my nails done I want them done my way.
