Not sure what is going on with this place. The prices are crazy . I paid $80 for what I thought was only going to be $45. Which I planned on giving a good tip. After questioning the total and an explanation that made no sense. After I left I was charged 10 dollars more on my card.. I have never paid that before and all I got was a regular manicure and pedi with gel polish. Plus the polish is clumpy.. I used to love this place .. What happened?

I like this place... it had adequate venting so I wasn't overwhelmed by nail shop smells. The gentleman who did my pedicure did a great job.

Literally the worst place I have ever been to.
They got new owners so now they're under a whole new management and I got my nails done 5 days ago, and after two days they were already lifting BAD. They are lumpy from the acrylic, and not all the same length. i just got a full set white tip set, which when I went not to long ago before the new owners it was 25 dollars every single time. When I was in the middle of getting them done (which was by the actual owner) I asked him what the price was and he goes 'like about 35 dollars'. I was shocked because that's exspensive for something so basic. once I paid and was waiting for my friend to be done, the front desk lady (who I gave my money too) asked for me to pay 4 times! I was like 'I already paid..' She was just not getting it. The people there were rude, argumentive, and money hungry. I will never be giving this place my business again.

Only giving one star because I cant give 0 stars.
They have new owners.
Extremely rude and argumentative.
They messed up my nails and when I explained what I wanted, they argued with me for 10 minutes. After all that they said to come back tomorrow and they will re-do them to how I wanted them. I go back the next day (with a set appointment time) and after 30 minutes of waiting the owner looks at my nails and said "we just did the wrong color its fine " and I showed him how there were bubbles under the nails and they were lifting. He said "that's normal" and refused to fix them. So I paid $50 for something that I didn't want.
I will NEVER be giving them my business again.

Wish I could give no stars. U.S nails sucks!! Waist of $40 I got my nails done for my wedding and my nails fell off after 2 days my wedding is in 2 days. Not only did they just completely fall off they didn't even try to paint them how I asked. This place is lousy and careless. DO NOT GO HERE!
