I do appreciate that I did not have an appointment and took me this morning. But I think that experience was one I do not want to repeat. It was too expensive for the quality I got. She was speeding through the whole thing, let the nail polish run, and overall did not pay attention to detail. To me, nails are all about details. And after her service, I feel kind of robbed. If they were truly in such a rush to finish (I was the only one in there), why did she even bother to tell me to go. I was taught to always give tip, but I do feel she did not truly earn it. I don’t like having to write such a negative review but it is how I truly feel after my experience. Go somewhere else where they will give you the quality you are paying for!! (she did not even ask my opinion on anything during the service) CARE MORE ABOUT THE MONEY THAN OVERALL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

Today is 5/13/2020 and like so many of us that go to Salon LaVie, I am waiting patiently for Broward County to go into Phase 1, according to updates this may be on 5/18/2020, and I can't wait for your re-opening and as soon as you do I will be making my appointment! Hope every one is safe and doing well. Salon LaVie is very much missed!!
Today is 5/21/2021 a little more than 1 year since my last review, thank you Tina for a great job once again. I first went to Salon La Vie back in 2016, and never, ever, had anything less than a wonderful experience and everything looking excellent!!

I've been coming here for months never had a problem with Tina till recently. I went a few days ago on a Friday it was busy, was told to come back at 730...half hour after close would have wasted my time.. When I pointed this out no apology was offered. I went back earlier today to give another chance. Tina tried to charge me 40 for same service I've always got that costed normally 30, 35 max I'll just take this as message they don't want me there for whatever reason and I won't be coming back. I suggest if you value your time then go to a nicer place and one that respects repeat clients

Good place, reliable and great work, I suggest going to Tina. Unfortunately they don't do anything advanced just basic work and there's always a bit of a depressive vibe at the shop. But for the consistent and great work I'd recommend nonetheless
EDIT: downgraded review to 3 stars from 4. Went in earlier today at 5 pm. It was busy so they told me to come back at 2 and a half hours later... That would have been half hour after shop close. Never had issue here before so don't know what was up with that today

EDIT: "cost of supplies went through the roof"??? How exactly? It's the exact same service I've always gotten from you all. Basic Dip nails. Not even pink and white. Don't lie to save face on Google reviews
