i would’ve rated them 0 if there was the option. i came here to get acrylics coffin shape with gel nail. the lady that sits at the front row, all the way to the right, doesn’t do a good job. i told her to fix a nail that was crooked and told her to file one side and she kept filing the other side and it’s all uneven and crooked. the lengths as well. i told her to give me long nails but she gave me medium size..then i also realized that the lengths were uneven on all 10 fingernails. the total was $37 and plus, when i went to pay, i paid with my card AND cash bc i didn’t have enough on me in cash. the cashier took $5 out of my card which i was aware of but she took $37 more thinking that the $5 was for tip. i had to call back and drive back to the store to complain because on the way home, i realized i didn’t have that much left in my wallet. all in all, i do NOT recommend this place because all they care about is getting customers in and out and doesn’t focus on the quality of your nails. do not go here if you wish your nails to come out perfectly. oh, i asked them how long it’ll take to finish and they said 25-30 minutes. i waited an HOUR and just sat there for an HOUR to get them done. and the lady that did my nails said she’s been doing nails for 17 years...

Worst place to go. They care more for the money than helping you out! The lady who was doing my nails over charged me twice. This place need to get it together!

It was my first time here at Crystal nails in Santa and IT WILL BE MY LAST. the lady that did my daughters nails did a really bad job. She was in such a hurry to take the next customer. The older lady care more for the money than a returning customer. They focus in getting in and out clients really fast. DON'T GO TO THIS HORRIBLE CARELESS PLACE.I recommend to go to the one on first and harbor near the Dublin donuts. They are attention to detail. DO NOT DO YOUR NAILS HERE.

I'm visiting from MO & this is by far scary, I am a license professional as well & sanitation here is not up yo par. Also its very unclean & crowded. They did a good job on my polish but I hope I don't get infected. Friendly service & cheap prices.
