This place has been my on and off again for 20 years. I was officially disgusted with the staff. So disappointed in them and with their lack of professionalism. Overcharged me $25 for a shellac polish only on my footies. Yes I said it. No pedicure just shellac and basic cutdown. I was so disappointed. And they never got my shape right and I always have to come in for many repairs or new set after 2 weeks. I will never step foot in there again. Never. I’m kicking myself for giving them so many chances.

This place deserves ZERO stars. As a customer of over 8 months, I have had my last straw. I will not be coming back ever again. I kept giving chance after chance due to convenience of location. The techs have been charging me for Gel Acrylic nails and are really using cheaper stuff, acrylic powder. My nails are breaking after 1-2 weeks. I informed the nail tech lady Helen about it, & she argued with me & said to never come back to her again in front of customers. They lack basic respect and communication skills. The customer service is HORRIBLE. They all have attitudes and are rude, and do not treat customers with respect. I will NEVER be supporting them again. Horrible customer service and even more horrible quality. 👎🏻

I called ahead and was told acrylics were $27, I then got charged $50 for the worst acrylics of my life. I will definitely never be back they look ratchet.

I was supposed to have a no chip manicure, she forgot to give me the hand massage until I asked for it, ( after she started my pedicure). Then the nails chipped within 3 days. I should have gotten a ten dollar manicure instead of a 30 dollar no chip. I called and they said it's nothing they can do. Unless I was a 5 dollar discount. Mind you, I have 0 kids, I do not hand wash dishes, I have not cooked or done anything but relax and my nail polish has come off. There was hair on the floor & in my "new" provided flip flops and it got caught in my nail polish while in the shop, and she was upset that it ruined my big toe, when I asked her would i please wear my own flipflops originally. Truly disappointing.
