Very nice place. I broke 3 nails and I’m From out of town , Amanda did an amazing job. My powder was good quality and my shape was perfect. And her prices are very affordable. Definitely worth a stop.

I visited this facility Saturday afternoon and was immediately pretty turned off from it by the pushiness of the first woman I was greeted by pushing me to get a nail polish I did not want. Pretty normal for a nail visit, but this time it just seemed like she wouldn't stop pushing! So I sat in the chair and I unfortunately got her as my nail tech. Once I sat in the chair I requested square shape nails and she in turn gave me round because she felt she couldn't do square when everywhere else I have ever been can.. Then she gave me a really bad attempt at glitter nails that didn't match the preview nail at all! Nor did she finsih the whole process for gel nails. I told her I was unhappy with them and she said next time I should tell ppl exactly how I want my nails done before they start... Next time?! There deff won't be one of those! So I asked the nice lady who did my toes to add another coat of a different polish and she did so and it looks better and she finished the whole process as well. Needless to say again, I will not be returning, there are way better and more affordable places in the very close vicinity.

Very relaxing and gave me exactly what I asked for and was expecting.

If I could submit less stars I would. If you get SNS DO NOT GO HERE!!! I've been here about 3 times but tried to get my nails done about 5. The 2 unsuccessful times were due to me coming in an HOUR before they close and the owner whose the only one who can do SNS tells me that it's either to close to closing and she won't do it or she had a customer she was working with FOR the next hour and she doesn't even apologize or anything she just says "you come in tomorrow" as if I don't matter and can work around her schedule. ALSO THEY DO NOT ACCEPT APPOINTMENTS or so she told me after showing up twice in one day because she was to busy and said I should come back. In addition to her never caring to try to do my nails the 3 times I was able to get them done she insulted me and was rude and rolling her eyes. TRUST me I know , why go back if that's the service I was getting but I liked that she cut the cuticle around my nails to help the sns last longer and other salons don't always do that. I LEFT AFTER PAYING $50 the last visit and finished shaping my nails (coffin shape) myself at home because she VERY RUDELY told that my nails were not long enough to do that shape even though I had shorter for years at that shape. She even told me after a color LOOKING NOTHING LIKE THE SAMPLE ON MY FINGER LAST VISIT , that on my retuning visit she said "AND IF YOU DONT LIKE THE COLOR IM NOT TAKING IT OFF LIKE LAST TIME SO U LIKE IT?" I by pure laziness was going to give it another try but forget it. And one LAST THING my first visit there was a 20% off services sign but she said that doesn't apply for SNS BUT ON MY SECOND VISIT she said " and this isn't on sale anymore like last time" i said "you never gave me the sale the first time" .. horrible customer care. SAVE YOUR MONEY LADIES PLEASE
