my first few times was pretty good. but the last time i went, i was in shock at the way i was treated. i explained to them how i wanted my nails and they did it wrong so the lady cussed and got another employee to take over. and then she laughed at me for like 10 minutes. and the manager talked to me like it was my fault and i was stupid. they over charged me by a lot. i was so disappointed with this visit. will not be returning

Kevin is a true gem when it comes to nails. I started coming here after a recommendation from a friend. He is very knowledgeable about products and won’t nickel and dime you. He’s never once cut me in the process of a refill (which has happened almost everywhere else I’ve been), and my nails always look good. I get compliments A LOT. He takes his business very seriously, and he’s passionate about the service his customers receive. I think he would definitely address any issues and fix them if someone had a concern. Kevin, his wife, and their staff are all very nice.

My friend recommended this place. The staff is always very friendly.Kevin is the one who does my nails and he always does an awesome job. I just bring him a picture of the design I want and he replicates it for me. My nails come out looking better than the picture. I get some many compliments on my nails. USA Nails is one of the best places I've ever used.

Worst experience this morning. No one spoke English so I did not get what I requested. They did a sloppy pedicure & manicure. I showed them where I scraped my foot and to be gentle. They mowed through the service and I left in pain. Water my feet soaked in, was cold. I asked if they could add warmer water...they couldn't understand me. Never ever going back. I couldn't wait to get out of there!
