I truly wish I could leave less than one star. I have been going to Glamour for over seven years off and on. I have put up with my shellac only lasting a few days and never talked poorly about their services. In fact, I have brought many friends and family members to their establishment. Unfortunately, I recently had the worst customer experience of my life. They agreed to my services at 7:00 after they began my friends services, they refused to complete my services that they had already agreed to. I expressed my confusion, as I have an important event tomorrow, and a technician proceeded to get a major attitude with me. She was being incredibly unprofessional, even saying "didn't you hear what I just said?" in a rude tone. They just lost 3 long time customers. I'm awaiting a call back from the owner. However, Trendy Nails and Spa, right down the walkway, welcomed me in with open arms and a smile on their faces. They offered impeccable service and I will be using their services from now on.

First time i got my nails done, I asked for Gel nails since i heard they were better, then they did regular Acrylic and CHARGED ME FOR GEL! I wasnt aware until my friend watching said that wasnt gel they were doing and when i walked out she asked how much i paid. Also terrible rude service and i waited an hour before they called me over and it wasnt even that packed! Save your money go somewhere else

IM NOT FROM THE AREA, BUT MY SISTER IN LAW SAID THIS PLACE WAS EXCELLENT. LIES!!!! THIS WAS THE QUICKEST PEDI IVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. I HAD TWO COLORS I WAS IN BETWEEN AS SOME LOOK BETTER ON MY FEET IN TERMS OF THE THICKNESS OF THE COLOR ITSELF. WHEN I BROUGHT OVER TWO COLOR, THE MALE TECH ASKED ME WHICH COLOR WOULD I LIKE. I EXPLAINED TO HIM ID LIKE TO SEE WHAT IT WOULD LOOK LIKE FIRST, JUST ONE ONE TOE. HE INSTANTLY CAUGHT AN ATTITUDE. THE CHAIR I SAT IN DID NOT WORK AND HAD A SLIGHT ODOR IN IT. DURING MY SERVICES, HE NEVER ONCE SPOKE TO ME UNTIL IT WAS TIME TO CONFIRM MY POLISH COLOR. I JUST TOLD HIM TO PUT THE ONE ON SO I COULD GET OUT ASAP. POLISH APPLIED, AND HE TOLD ME TO SIT FOR MORE THAN 10 MIN AND LEFT. AS HE PREPARED THE WATER FOR TWO MORE LADIES WHO WALKED IN, TESTING THE TEMP WITH HIS HAND, HE WAS STILL USING THE SAME GLOVES HE USED ON ME DURING MY PEDICURE. IM A NURSE SO THAT WAS THE FIRST THING I THOUGHT OF..INFECTION CONTROL!!!!! HE FINALLY CHANGED HIS GLOVES BEFORE I GOT UP TO LEAVE. IM NOT USUALLY ONE TO LEAVE A REVIEW, BUT IN THIS CASE, IT WAS A MUST. THE LADIES WERE MORE NICER THAN THIS GUY BY FAR. BUT THE GLOVES AND THE ATTITUDE DID IT IN FOR ME.

Absolutely horrible- do not get anything done to your face at this place!!!! Enida died my eyelashes, and she gave me a CHEMICAL BURN ON MY CORNEA! I now have to have antibiotic drops and could have a permanent burn- she didn’t offer to refund me or anything! However, Uzaifa does do an awesome job threading eyebrows ;) DONT GET DYE DONE HERE THO! Also, the shop was really dirty and I felt like I was breaking some laws even being in that place.

Awful work, disgusting staff.
Read reviews but didn’t listen. I haven’t experienced anyone else besides Himi and from what I’ve heard she’s the “best”. Her attitude stinks and she fails to listen to customer requests. My nails look like garbage, are uneven and I basically paid for something I didn’t want. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
