There's an extra fee for being male, very rude staff. They made me wait for ten minutes to get my toes painted because someone had to be rung up. Then two people with an appointment were sent away because they didn't staff themselves. Over all pretty bad.

My daughter in law and I were out for a treat today. We were going to get our toes done! I researched the nail places in the neighborhood and found they all had similar prices so the reviews were important for me. Helen's Nails lived up to it's high stars for us. They were friendly, engaging but not intrusive. On top of that we had a wonderful experience, have beautiful nails and soft feet. We were relaxed for the rest of the day. The final perk is they have a rewards program, that we all like!

Over the phone I was told a fill was $14.00 and $6.00 for my daughter to get her toes and nails painted. After we were done they changed the price of my fill to 18.00 and my daughters to $12. I gave them $40 and they gave me $4. 5 min later i realized they gave me the wrong change and I called them. They then told me that it was $15.00 for my daughter and $23 for my fill.
I won't be going back. And I do not recommend anyone going there.

Excellent! Savannah and Kevin both do great work and are wonderful people! They stand by their work and if you're not happy for some reason (which I can't imagine) please go talk to them about it. They take pride in their work and that's so hard to find now days. I doubt I'll ever go anywhere else!
