I’m very disappointed in their services . I have been going to lady nails sporadically due to its nearby location and have brought my daughter there as well. I recently went there and they barely greet u in a proper manner ( unless your Caucasian in my opinion) and they speak in their Mandarin Chinese language and ramble and you have no idea if they are talking about you.( which a lot of places do) - this was more than usual places in my opinion. The owner Michelle was very unfriendly and rude in how she spoke as well. They messed up my gel color nails - rushed to do it- if time is an issue - they shouldn’t have agreed to do your nails and then do a horrible job and make me come again to get it redone - at least they re did it - that was fair of them . Don’t think I will return .....

UPDATE: Notice that half their reviews are from OWNERS. Lowering my rating from 4 to 1 star. I started coming to this nail salon because of convenience - there were short wait times and it's super close to my house. There was an attitude by nail ladies or owners, and my pedicure would chip within a few days, however the convenience factor outweighed the negatives. Today, however, was the kind of factor that justified lowering my rating to 1 star and never coming back to this place again. I had pedicure and manicure done yesterday and paid over $65 + tip. The NEXT day (today), the polish on the toenail peeled off. I came back to the salon and showed the owner who stated that they would fix it. I waited 15 mins for someone to become available, then the co-owner came and said she'd fix it. She mentioned that she'll put "a little silk" to make sure it doesn't chip. Then I sat on the drying station for 15 mins. As I said thank you and was about to leave, the owner screams out, and embarrasses me in front of all the customers " Wait, where are you going?
you have to pay $6". I could not believe my ears. I wasted 40 mins of my day to come back to get their peeled off polish that they just did yesterday corrected and they think I owe them $6? When I calmly stated that when nail polish peels off the very next day after getting it done, it should be fixed free, she screamed out even louder that I need to pay. I told them this is the last time they'd see me and I wasn't going to pay, said bye, and left. If they would go about it in a more polite manner, perhaps I'd pay the silly $6, but to scream at me in front of others as if I'm trying to run away and to not warn me ahead of time their "correction" will cost me - that's awful attitude and not the way to run a business. Lady Nails, You lost a good customer. Plus, I'll make sure to tell everyone I know how awful my experience was
