I have been coming here for almost two years and I came in for a fill and pedicure yesterday. I normally love this place and have great service. I got a nail technician for my fill that I have not had service done by before (I don't remember her name). Though she was really nice she did a rush job. I have poor eyesight and didn't notice till I got home. Its extremely bubbly, the acrylic was not filled on sides, places missing nail polish, it was really uneven and the acrylic was missing in some parts of my nail as well (like it wasn't applied all the way). It's disappointing because I normally love this place but the quality is really bad this time. I provided pictures.

Very nice ladies. I asked for extra massage on my right hand, she was very strong. So very relaxing.

First time going here , but won't be my last. Brought my momma & daughter, we all 3 had wonderful relaxing pedicures, my tech massaged my legs & feet for a nice long time & I also had dip over the top of my natural nails. I had a different tech for that , but again done a great job was quick & made sure to take care of detail to all my nails. Was very happy with our services & environment was clean techs were professional & friendly.

Very disappointed! I heard mixed reviews about this place so I decided to try it. Walked in at 11 on Saturday and asked how long it would be, I just needed a gel fill. The lady told me 20 min wait, which was fine, I ended up waiting about 45 min. There was a younger girl who was walking around grabbing everyone’s paper they filled out and losing them, I was asked 3 or 4 times what I wanted by multiple employees and had to fill out another paper. I finally went back, the lady was rushing me and didn’t even ask anything, she just started. I wanted my nails a little shorter but she filed them all the way down basically. She used the filing tool on my cuticles which burned and they all started to sting. She then put clear POLISH over my already gel white tips and proceeded to grab and move my hand in front of a mini fan and said thank you and moved on to the next person. I told her I wanted gel and that’s what I wrote down and she brushed me off. I was upset at this point and just wanted to leave so I held my nails in front of the fan for a while but my nails still smudged. My cuticles were bleeding as well. I wish I got a picture right after but here they are a couple days later. My nails are yellow where the gel was and now clear where the polish is. This was my first fill after a new set and now I have to get a new set next time I go. Very frustrated.
