I use to go here all the time a few years ago. They always did such a nice job! But not anymore. I got a basic gel manicure, the nail tech never said hello. Started working on my nails and cut my cuticles so much I was dripping blood on at least 3 different nails. I realize this was an accident, but 3 times?! Never even apologized, just kept sticking cotton on it. She should of applied gloves at this point but didn't. I really hope I don't end up with an infection. She didn't even ask me if I liked the way she filed my nails. It was a 10 minute mani. I paid full price. Won't be going back.

Charged me 48$ when the board said 25$. The reason was because I got gel polish. That is what they say in front of me and I was denied to look at other non gel colors, I was told this is all we have. Charged another 8$ for a design that is crooked, would’ve been happy to pay the 8$ for a decent design.
