The person who did my nails jerked my hands around and was really rude. My fingers hurt for a couple of days. I had my hands in the light for gel nails and pull my hand out because they were burning and the lady said "what are you doing, I told you not to do that." It is no wonder why their rating in 1.9. I will never go there again and would not recommend to anyone.

I attempted to get a gel manicure and pedicure. Both nail technicians were careless when servicing me. One cut my fingernails all the way down without asking and the other skipped multiple steps when doing the pedicure which I was paying $30 for. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in a nail salon before. I asked that they finish the mani pedi without doing the gel polish with the intention of getting my nails done at a different spa. The shop owner charged my card without my authorization for a incomplete mani-pedi and had the audacity to overcharge it for services I never asked for. The salon manager is very rude and made sure to tell me that she “won’t help me again.” “That’s okay,” I told her, because I will never go there again.

Terrible!!! They do not list their prices accurately. What was a fill and two broken nails turned in to a $75 nail job. NEVER have I EVER paid this much for a new set with shellac let alone a fill and a few broken nails. They changed the nail shape and are just overall rude. When questioned about the price the lady was snappy and said they charged $5 to remove the broken acrylic on each nail and $5 to repair it. That's $20 for two broken nails!! WHAT??? Listen to the reviews they are written for a reason.

My sister was getting her nails done and I got bored so I decided to look at the nail polishes and the lady that was doing my sister’s nails literally yelled at my to go sit down?! Am I not allowed to look at polishes?
