First I would like to say that I loved my experience! The staff were nice, attentive to detail, and I got out at a reasonable time. The issue that I had was that when I went in I told them about a special occasion for the reason of my nails. Telling them I wanted a manicure and change in nail polish. The gentleman that did my nails went above and beyond and did so many different tricks with my nails that after said in done when I got the bill I felt like I wanted to get sick. Over $100 dollars just for my fingernails! If I would have known the price of what every different thing was I would have said no to the additional cost. From gold strips, to stamp, sequin paper, and let’s not forget the add on jewels. I was expecting a little more cost than my average of $50 for nails but almost and additional $60. I think that before you go do your research and ask for pricing before they do anything extra.

I made 3 appointments for Mother’s Day about a week ahead of time. I was expecting something relaxing & enjoyable to do for Mother’s Day. Instead, we were rushed. Pedicure lasted no more than 30 min. We weren’t even offered drinks, had to ask. They were snappy & bossy. To make it worst, as we were finishing our wine and letting our feet dry, they asked us to move to the front. Don’t call it a SPA if you can’t give your guests that are paying for your services a spa experience. I get it.. it’s Mother’s Day and you are busy. But don’t book so many appointments if you can’t give guests an enjoyable experience. I might go back on a regular day to see if the experience is more enjoyable. MIGHT. They only take cash tips too?? Other than that, clean nail salon and pretty decor.

I went in to get my nails done for my sisters wedding. I wanted simple black gel, matte finish. I had never been before, but I had a gift card. First, it was extra for the shape of my nails. Then, it was extra for the length, which was fine. I wanted the length. Then it was extra for the matte finish. I have never been charged extra anywhere else for any of those things. When I got home I noticed that all of the gel was peeling off! On almost every single nail. I took pictures of the bad ones. The woman who did my nails took almost an hour and a half. I am not impressed. I will not be going back.

It was my first time getting my nails done and they were super nice! My nails look like jewels and I am very happy with them. I will be back!

Figured I would try out a new place instead of the longer drive I usually take for my preferred salon....should have stuck with my gut. First of all it says 5% off of paid for in cash.....they said their store didn’t offer it 🙄 then the lady who did my gel pedicure scrapped up my toes and the polish isn’t covering my full nail and already chipping off the corner of my big toe. Won’t be back, I’ll go to my preferred salon.
