DOES NOT HONOR APPOINTMENTS! Everytime I have made an appointment I have to wait at least an hour or longer before they get to me. People make appointments so they don't have to wait but that means nothing to them. When I called them out on it Leeann got an attitude about it. I will never go back. Save your time and go somewhere else!

This was my first time ever getting acrylics. LeAnn and her husband did such a wonderful job and were so sweet! They helped me choose the length and style that would be best for my first set! I could not be more pleased with the result and will definitely be coming back!

To bad I couldn't check no star! DO NOT GO TO Signature Nails! Across from the Fort Henry Walmart. I have been there 4 times. The lady that has done my nails for 7 years had moved there. I don't know why they have to move around so much. This made her 4th move. Lily told me If I ever come back and she wasn't there to get Leann to do my nails. So, I thought she would be OK. The 2nd time I went back Lily wasn't there so I let Leann do them. I had 3 nails to break on me. The first break happened in 2 days so I went back and Vivian took care of it for me. She was so sweet. Then I find out that Lily had moved to Bristol. Then over the next 2 weeks. I had 2 more breaks. When I went back I I let Vivian do my nails and was very pleased. I went Friday to get them done but they had left a note on the door saying they were closed due to traveling. I went today and once again the doors were locked and the note said they would be back at 4. So, I waited an hour instead of driving back home. When they opened at 4 it was just Leann and her husband. And 2 other customers. I asked if Vivian was there and she said Vivian didn't work there anymore. WHATS wrong with these people. So, I sat where she told me too. I then proceeded to tell her to make them I little thicker because the last time she did them I had 3 breaks. I was very nice. She, then got very upset and said if you want to go to Vivian she is somewhere on Stone Drive. She had even started on my nails. She was so rude. Told me the reason they broke was because they were old. They are not old. I just had them changed 3 times previous. She kept blaming me and was practically yelling at me. She said she would give me cow nails. COW NAILS! I said no your not. Your going to do them like I want them done. I am paying for you to do them correctly. By this time I was so ready to get out of there. She then proceeded to ask me another question. I told her I don't want to talk. Just get my nails done. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!! Friends: support any place other than this one. I have never been talked to like she talked to me! Apparently she's not nice to her employees either. Because Vivian has moved on. And there were no-one there other than her and her husband.
