Everyone has a worst haircut EVER in their lifetime, this was mine.
I went in and asked for a trim of dead ends only as my hair was down to the middle of my back. After we were both on the same page she began cutting and was done in less than 10 minutes. When my husband paid he made a remark about how fast that cut was and saying nothing more we left.
Later that night i pulled my hair up in a high ponytail and was stunned to see that i had about chunks of hair sticking out longer than the rest. Having paid for a trim and getting a hack job i was not pleased.
The next day i called and asked for the manager and quickly learned that was the women who ruined a simple trim. I asked for my money back with the reason that my hair looked awful when i pulled it up and clearly there was no one fit to fix it in that place. She flat out refused to give me a penny in return and then hung up the phone on me.
I asked my husband to stop in and nicely explain this behaviour was not acceptable and a refund was indeed going be had if we had to go so far as calling a lawyer. At this she finally gave us the money back.
I (very carefully) snipped the leftover dead ends that stuck out and made it work. After all of this i have no idea how or why that place is still in business after pulling stunts like this.
It was absolutely shameful!

I would not go back to this salon. I am 25 and was seeking a modern place to get my long hair trimmed, touch up the layers, and cut off the dead hair. It was kind of a spontaneous decision. I hadn't washed my hair that morning, so I felt it perfect to go get my hair washed and cut.
When I walked in, it was definately not modern, but i figured if you know how to cut hair what should it matter.
She had me sit down and brushed out the tangles. I should have spoken up and asked for a wash, but she just started cutting after I told her what I wanted. She cut the front, but not the back. I mentioned it to her so she just started cutting the back. I still had the bump in my hair from my hair tie. I get that people have bad days, but it seemed like this lady didn't know how to cut layers at all. After about 10 minutes start to finished, she took stood back and was asking me how it looked for the second time. I decided that was enough cutting and said goodbye to my long hair.

What a great place. Very cute and the staff is really friendly. Great prices and Great service.
