I have been coming to this salon for a few years. I have always loved their services. Today was last day. I had an appointment and they were busy upon my arrival. An employee directed me to chair. After about 20 minutes another woman was seated next to me. Immediately they gave her pedicure menu and began to fill pedicure tub. I had yet to receive either. Needless to say I left. Now enjoying pedicure elsewhere.

I was reluctant to try a new nail salon since moving to Lubbock.. but I’m so glad I found this location. They have complimentary drinks, affordable prices and gave me exactly what I asked for. All of their techs are really good at their trade, so you will be happy no matter the tech. I have found my new home nail salon.

First time there was great! Nails and pedicure were perfect! Second time back , my pedicure and acrylics were horrible, went back after a week to TRY and get my nails trimmed and a color change , just for them to charge me an extra 75!!! Not to mention the dip nails for children were horrible waist of 40$ ,I spent 290 within 2 weeks at this nail salon just to be disappointed the 3rd time!! FYI if you aren’t booking with Mila, or Savanna don’t bother.

The best nails in Lubbock! Very good prices and clean atmosphere. Mila takes her time on my nails and does an excellent job to perfect the shape & thickness of them every time. Her work is very consistent and she never sends me out with a bad set of nails!

I love Havana nails! Savannah is the best. They make you feel so welcomed. They do an amazing job and really value you as a person as well as a customer.
