Love, love my nails. I have been going to ladue for a couple years now. Staff is friendly and I always leave very happy with the service I receive for mani and pedi.highly recommended.

@Robert Rusty. I am very sorry that your wife and daughter were subjected to Yvonne’s God awful behavior. I was the woman that wasn’t pleased with my service at the nail salon. I am saddened that at the end of all of this my daughters aged 7 and 3 Saw me in TEARS publicly HUMILIATED and DISRESPECTED understood that this type of bullying at a public service was a one time thing!! And that they never see or question why this person would make their mommy upset again. I am not active on any type of social media. But I felt the urgency to reach out to you and your family. Thank you for your support. I sincerely appreciate it.

They take you quickly. However, I would suggest making an appointment. It can get busy especially with summer coming.

Won't be returning. My wife and daughter were just there getting pedicures. A nail tech named Yvonne (?) had a customer who wasn't satisfied. Yvonne belittled the lady to the point she became emotional. Worst customer service I have witnessed in a long time. And Yvonne just smiles about it as the patron leaves. Two stars only because my family was satisfied with their service.
