I had a 3 pm appt on yesterday and I continuously called and could not get through. Once I arrived the young lady I had an appointment with had already taken another customer- I was told by the receptionist the wait would be 20 minutes which turned into 40 minutes. The nail tech never acknowledged me as I sat in the couch in front of her. I left and went to Venetian Nail Spa and received excellent service!!

I walked in for a mani pedi and the receptionist told me one person ahead of me and it would be 15 minutes. I waited while reading my book not realizing 40 minutes passed. I walked up to ask if I would be up soon and she then tells me there are 2 people ahead of me and she’s not sure. I was sitting in the couch - why would she not address me?! I used to frequent here when I lived in the neighborhood a few years ago and sad to see the customer service has heavily plummeted. Inconsideration of one’s time. Customer service is exceptionally poor. There are many other surrounding salons that are much more considerate.

I live out of town now, but this was my place. I am in Miami visiting and needed a quick fix. I called for an appointment no one in particular I got Julie to do a manicure and pedicure, what a great job!! My nails and toes are beautiful again! Then a shampoo and blow dry by Dayleni!! I look like a Movie Star!! This is the place for a wonderful staff, service and great prices!!! Thanks to everyone!!

It was my 1st time and I really enjoyed it. Crystal was sweet, professional and gave me a suhweet leg massage.

Had a nose hair wax and I was left bleeding with with scabs after inside my nose. My wife was also there getting her nails done, by a worker that was coughing as if she had tuberculosis the entire time, literally spitting up mucous while trying to do nails. Horrible experience.
