My mom and I went to get mani and pedicures and my mom now has an ingrown toenail because of the pedicure. The lady was not paying attention. I got gel and it started coming off a few days after and the stuff that didn’t I had to scrap at my nails to get it off. They also did not inform us that it was $15 more dollars for gel nail polish. I wish I could give this zero stars. Would highly not recommend!!!

Didn't shape the way I wanted them. Then wiped my gel nails off before they was dry. Had to redo the base coat again. Still walked out with them matte looking instead of shine. My polish color was on the cotton ball even. Not happy with them at all but still tipped $5.00

DISGUSTING SERVICE! I came in January 16,m to get my lip waxed. They made me pay for 2 lips waxes which was 5$ each and so i had to pay 10$ because there card machine only took at least 10 dollars. And i asked specifically if i needed a signature or a note to come back and get the additional wax. Well now today I come in to get the waxing and she accused me of faking it because i was confused on which wax i got and said i got a eyebrow wax which is 8 and tipped 2 dollars. THESE TYPE OF PEOPLE DISGUST ME TRYINGN TO USE MY AGE AS A DISADVANTAGE AND TAKING MY MONEY. The tip wouldn’t shop up on my receipt already added onto it. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN. I understand why all the good girls left now.

First time coming here and i will not be back, Kim did my nails and they are almost all lumpy or crooked. Paid $42 for a full set with gel. NOT worth it. Next time I will be sure to make the drive to Waterloo.

My fav nail shop ever. Love Kim. So many Color choices to choose from. Loyalty card is awesome.
