I am new to Las Vegas, just moved from the East Coast. It was shocking to see that I have to pay extra five dollars for a particular brands of nail polish. My pedicure was probably the worst I’ve ever experienced. I spent $28 just on the pedicure, the manicurist spent 20 minutes Total on my feet. That included from me sitting down getting my feet soaked, to the cuticle parts, wash and polish. Very disappointed with this place I will not be going back

Waited almost an hour in and out for a polish change. Not friendly, polite or courteous at all. I will never go back.

I wish there was an option for ZERO stars. The young lady who was assigned to do my pedicure was nice. That's the only positive to come from this experience.
She successfully upsold me two additional services to the pedicure. Which should have given me another 20 minutes to the service. I went with my sister, we both asked for their basic pedi. I added the sugar scrub and 10 minute massage. Each service adding 10 additional minutes to my pedi. Yet, my pedi was done before my sister.
During the pedi this girl kept staring at me. Which was uncomfortable enough, but anytime I tried to relax she wanted to engage me in conversation to try to upsell me some more.
The polish.. I can't even. The worst polish job ever!
I really wanted to go back and insist that they redo my polish. I decided against it. I'd rather just not go back.
Seriously the most disappointing experience for a pedi.

The lady who did my pedi was great. Prices are a little extreme paid $65 for a pedi with gel polish. The guy who did my nail I did not care for. I got my nails done Thursday it is Tuesday now and my nails are lifting top it off he was very aggressive he cut me me once and when he would file I got a few burns. I will never be back.
