I usually never write negative reviews but I don’t want other people to have to deal with what I did. Asked for a pedicure. Front desk was nice and led me back. There was no Saran Wrap and no water. I thought ok, weird, but I probably won’t wait long. False. I waited 25 minutes. No one would look at me or say anything. Again no Saran Wrap and no water in the bowl. So I got up and told the front desk I didn’t have time. Didn’t apologize or anything. At least tell me your wait or acknowledge I’ve been sitting here with my feet in a cold bowl. I’ve been here before and had much more pleasant experiences and when they’ve been a lot busier! I guess today was not there day.

For the love of God, never step foot into this place. They were toxic to men that were just trying to get their feet done. They fostered an environment of toxic masculinity and took advantage of my friend and I. We did not even get to decide our plan and they charged us $70 for a simple pedicure!!! Never go here!!!!

Such a great place but it really depends on who you get as to your experience. My friend and i were never offered beverages and I had a great person who worked with me. However, I was less tban impressed with who worked with my friend.

Everything was clean, Tom did a great job and was super nice, got a free glass of wine, and my nails look great

I’ve been here several times and have always had a great experience. The staff is friendly, not cold like some nail salons where they don’t speak to you unless they have to. They used to have a coupon that they gave you for 20% off your next visit if you came back within two weeks that was awesome because that’s usually when I come for a fill in anyway. But they got rid of that sadly. They let you choose which product they use on you for your pedicure and they all smell fabulous. I love this salon!
