Ok experience. If this place is for honest reviews, then here is mine. Went in a few months ago and and showed pictures of what I wanted. Including Balayage. Was told my stylist Balayage was just a fad and she gave me regular highlights instead. Told her I didn't want a caramel look and got exactly that. Not that happy with stylist either. She was not that friendly my first visit and wanted to leave but I stayed. Hardley talked to me and when she did it was very short. If I am sitting in a chair for 2 hours. I expect a welcoming cheerful person to talk to. Had to go in twice beacuase the first time the color hardley showed up. Very disappointed and don't plan on coming back again.

I have been to the stylist for over 20 years & just love this place. The location, the staff and the ambience is pretty.

Shannon Aleczander recently hired my favorite stylist (Brittany) I have been getting my haircut and styled by her for years now and she does an excellent job. Glad to see her at this salon and doing well.

I started coming here because there was a woman at work whose hair always looked gorgeous. She told me that Beth at this salon does her hair. I tried it, and have been delighted ever since. Beth both listens to what I want, and offers suggestions for what she thinks would look good. I'm always happy with my cut and color. And Beth is also a lovely person in addition to being great at her job.
