This is the worst nail studio I have ever gone to. I had my nails done with acrylic and topped with gel polish and within 3 days chunks of acrylic were chipping off. When I went back for a repair, the nail technician did a horrible repair job!! And they are still chipping! I paid $45 dollars for the worst nail job ever. Don't go to this place, and don't just walk away, run away, run as fast as you can from this worst of the worst nail salons! Even 1 star is too good for this place!!!

I work for the governor so I was getting prepared for my luncheon and was in the area and asked to get my nails filled...there was 3 workers and no customers. The girl told me the person who does fills is not here. Make an appt. By my knowledge shouldnt everyone who works in a nail salon know how to do everything in case it gets busy. I felt they were being racist when they are clearly a minority as I am. The flamboyant man grinned and laugh and the other man went back to watching tv. For such a high end look the customer service was trash and unprofessional. Not a good look. I will be talking to another dept about this racist act and put in the proper reports to discredit such character.

I have been going there for past 2 years, have had manicures, but mostly pedicures and they have been great every time. There was only one time I was unhappy with the nail polish staying on, otherwise all good experiences. They are very courteous and kind, the office is clean, all the stations are kept nice, they sterilize and use packaged clippers, etc. I have referred 2 people there and plan on going back for all my nail service needs.

Got my daughters nail done last Saturday literally days later her nails started breaking 50$ for them I pay 35$ and mine last weeks month

I had walked in asking for a full set and pedi. As one of the nail techs began to start my nails, a customer with an appointment walked in late and he had told me wait so he could do her nails. I ended up waiting an extra 30 minutes with partially glued nails on my fingertips. I shouldn't have had to stop in the middle of getting my nails done because another customer did not come to their appointment on time. My nails are not the same length. Some are shaped wider than others. They rushed drying my nails, so there are dried up globs of polish in the corners of my nails. I had enough after that, paid at the counter and left. Not worth $60. Only giving one star because the girl did a great job on my pedi. She was very nice and she took her time. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this shop.
