I have been seeing Traci over 8 years. They are no longer a full service salon. Reasonably priced. Very clean.

I really want to just start off with how disappointed I am in this salon. I went this passed Sunday to get my hair done and what a complete disaster. They have 1 lady working there Sunday and her name is like Miliana or something like that. And I showed her what I wanted and she litertally did the COMPLETE OPPOSITE. I wanted a caramel color and she bleached my frickin hair!! I was so pissed. I seriously thought it was a joke. I called my mom and boyfriend and they showed up, and they were super pissed with what she did. She looked like a deer in headlights like she hadn’t known she messed up that bad. I understand mistakes happen, but own up to it!? She totally lied and said I had agreed to that which was total bs. She was a complete joke. I called the owner, Kim and she kind of argued back with me that she didn’t bleach my hair? Are you kidding me? I even asked at one point during when she was putting it on if she was bleaching my hair and she still said no. It burned so bad and reeked like bleach. Thankfully, I have an amazing hair dresser that I should’ve went to in the first place that totally fixed my hair and helped me. She will be the only one I’ll ever go to and I will make sure to spread word about this place and lady. Totally disgusted with her actions and her stupidity as a hair dresser. Unfortantley I have to give some sort of rating cause if it were up to me, this place would have 0 stars.

I love this salon! This was my first visit, as i moved here recently to Bloomingdale. Traci cut my hair just like i wanted! She did a beautiful job! The salon is very nice and the staff is friendly, very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this salon to family & friends.
