The picture I showed was not what I received and she had a week to let me know before I showed up to that HOT!!! 98 degree shop. I should have just gotten up and left after she asked me what I wanted like I didn’t already send her two references and she responded and told me it would be $180. She kept on looking at the video. It was replaying for a good 15 mins . How do you look that long and still mess up this bad? Fatima did the front half and left and someone else worked on bottom half (twist). The lady that worked on my hair last was acting like I was about to run out the shop without paying because she has eyeballs and can see the doo doo show on my head compared to the neat feed in shown from the inspo style. It wasn’t even the length i wanted.I messaged Fatima and told her that I needed the front half redone, I was so polite, I didn’t even say anything about the length. She didn’t respond for a while so I sent a message with “hello?” Less than 5 mins later read receipt showed she read it but didn’t respond. I feel robbed. Real weirdo, unprofessional activity going on in that shop. She just wants the money you work hard for. Only old people go here and are satisfied with her mediocrity. If you’re young, don’t go here. She will play in your hair. Horibleeeee!! The name of he shop should be called Fatima’s best I can do hair. I don’t know who is on hear handing her 5 stars. They are paid actors at this point.

My appointment was at 9 am I got there the person who was supposed to do my hair was not there I started getting my hair done and after 4 hours the person that was doing my hair left without telling me that she was leaving then I waited a hour for them to finish and had to call the owner who told me that there was a person coming to finish my hair who never showed up. Then was charged full price and told I needed to pay for the hair. Worst service ever.... ever ever. Never get your hair done here

The owner and staff are engaging and professional. My baby is very "tender-headed", but they were gentle and quite patient with her. Oh! Her hair is lovely...she can't wait to show off her "hur" when she returns to school Monday...LOL!

Whenever I go to Fatima's she always does a remarkable job. This time, my hair was extra short, Fatima worked her magic and did what no one else could do, she braided my hair far better and beyond my expectations AND I got a baby bun. Definitely returning.
