Love this place! There are super clean & polite. I always get the Eucalyptus & Spearmint Pedicure-it includes a hot stone massage & paraffin wax wrap. I always request Helena or Tina, but on days they are not available I’m never disappointed. Henry gives great foot massages. Highly recommended if you’re looking to treat yourself.

My Experience at Lotus was great! They performed at temp check at arrival and everything was thoroughly cleaned and social distancing was at an all time high. Happy they are taking this pandemic as serious as it should be taken. My pedicure and manicure was so relaxing. I wasn't there all day and night either. Keep up the great work Lotus!

The bad sticks out more than the good from this experience. Upon walking in, I was told to check in. Even though me and my friend were booked under the same appointment, we were both told to check in individually. The nail technician that I had seemed very nice. But after she began my nails she was slightly rough causing four cuts on four individual fingers. I requested rhinestones for 2 of my fingers and the placement of the rhinestones was nothing of what I asked. The end result of my nails were very nice but with the four cuts on four of my fingers it's kind of hard to carry on with day-to-day activities. My friend only got a full gel set with no chip polish and it was $71 and mine was $78. When we asked why it was so much they charged us extra for the length of our nails. After online it said the price for each set would be $38. They charged us $30 extra for the length??? Never going back here again.

She is the sweetest lady! She is gentle and very attentive- pays so much attention to the little details and makes everything look perfect. She will take good care of you. Fast and beautiful. The only person I trust.

This place deserves all five stars! I tried Lotus Nails & Spa because of all the amazing reviews. I got my nails done by a youngish man. He wasn't very talkative but I was a little sick so it was perfect for me. My roommate got acrylics here and you couldn't even tell they weren't her real nails. The ladies who work there are friendly, professional and great at what they do!
