I went to get a basic pedicure. I got gel on my toes which I usually get, and I know it's more expensive because it lasts longer. They told me it would be an extra charge for gel, which I knew, but when I went to pay they tried to charge me 2 additional costs when they only told me about one. They tried to say that the polish I got was a design, which if it was they shouldve told me about BOTH additional costs not just one. And when I asked about the other additional cost the tech tried to get a attitude with me. I don't mind paying for good service, but I also wanna know what I'm paying for. Needless to say won't EVER be back. They need to work on professionalism, and show their prices up front. Lucky they even got one star.

Definitely not the friendliest nail place I've been to. I got the $25 pedicure. She cut my left big toe within the first couple of minutes. Didn't smile once. The whole process seemed rushed and unenthused. I won't be back here. The place was clean and tidy and the location is good.

My 4 year old and I went for pedicures. My 4 year old got an amazing pedicure from a very kind and patient man. I, however, received a mediocre pedicure from a rushed pedicurist. There was little effort and very little attention to detail. She cut my toes so short and did a poor job painting. I had to ask her to please paint the entire toenail. She rolled her eyes continually and was turned around watching the television for most of my pedicure. For the price, I expected a little more attention and service.

I went a couple days before New Years for the first time and they really did such a good job. I went back yesterday and my experience was as good as the first time. I really like this place, love the decor and colors. Everything looks beautiful, new and very clean which is very important. This is my favorite place to get my nails done from now on. Location is also very convenient, since it's close to my work place.
Ask for Jesica when you go. She is very kind, professional, will give you the best manicure you've ever gotten and will polish your nails to perfection.
Coming back for sure :)
Oh! And by the way, the gel polish is great!

I drove a friend to Wentzville for a dentist appointment and had 1 & 1/2 hour free time. Decided to get a manicure. When I walked into ""Nail Pros"" I was surprised at the amount of business on a Monday afternoon. The place was full and the energy was positive. The woman who asked me what service I wanted was upbeat, sweet and open for conversation. A delight ! She gave me an amazing manicure. Attitude is everything to be in business today, especially with the internet and reviews. Everyone seemed happy including the customers. Some of the detail was lacking but a smile certainly took care of that.
Very popular salon, friendly employees & reasonable prices. Highly recommended!
