I usually love coming here. Been coming for about 5 years, but there is a new staff and it’s just not the same experience. The last couple pedicures I’ve gotten have been terrible. My nails were different shapes and sizes, she soaked my pants even as I continued to pull them higher, she was rude, no communication- I usually upgrade my pedicure but she didn’t even ask me what I wanted and just started doing a regular pedicure. The last couple times I’ve gone in, my feet still felt rough and callously when I left(even when I get the upgraded pedicure). It feels very rushed and this last one was actually painful. It’s really not worth the money anymore and I will be going somewhere else. There are a few people that have been working there a long time that are good but the new staff is terrible.

For your nails only Bi did a great job. Pedicures No! They didnt sanitize. I watched him pretend clean with water! Not good. I dont care if there is a liner in there or not! They dont clean and soak the drain plug that you and 50 others had used prior! Can we say disgusting!

This was a very clean and professional place. There was a large selection of colors to choose from. My daughter loved getting her nails done for her birthday. Would recommend this place!

First time going to them today I was staying at near by hotel and needed a full in I was very satisfied with my nail technician she was awesome ,I showed her what I wanted done and she did better then the picture I showed her ...I will be coming back again for my next fill... thank you again quick service too no wait even for a Saturday walk in ...

Top notch service and quality! This salon is very clean and they are all very attentive to detail. I appreciate the back massage with manicures and that they actually spend the time with a quality massage during your pedicures. It’s a little more expensive but you get what you pay for. Love them!
They are usually very busy so I would recommend making an appointment. This is also not a quick service kind of place.
