I am a regular at CF. Was a bit disappointed this time. No complementary bread, the sandwich I ordered did not have most of the ingredients mentioned in the menu. When I asked the server why the ingredients are missing, he mentioned they are out of avocados, olives etc. Really?? You serve half of the sandwich and charge full price and don't even let the customers know in advance? Poor experience. Hope it gets better.

There are a lot of great shops here and little restaurants as well as larger anchor stores. There are often a lot of fun events happening here such as fashion shows that you can come and see. There are many great places here to sit down and relax with friends as well. They are mostly very high end expensive stores so it's not necessarily a great mall for younger people or families.

Close to my Nashville apartment. Good place to walk with a controlled environment
Many stores were still closed related to Covid 19, but I was able find the products that I needed. Easy parking.

I enjoyed shopping and walking through this mall!!! The best part was the nice treatment and respect I received from the staff at the various stores! This is an upscale mall with many high end stores, and lots of fancy people...patrons and sales-people alike, so excellent customer service is the norm. I greatly appreciate that! The mall was very clean, bright, cheery, with an uplifting feel. There are several restaurants as well. I visited at Noon during the week and finding parking was challenging, but that’s a good sign. Who wants to go to a mall where no one else wants go. I will defend shop at this mall again when in the Nashville area!!

Haven't been here in a long time. It was super clean and hand sanitizer everywhere. Alot has changed at this mall many of my favorite stores are gone. Would have liked to visit Louis Vuitton but there was a long line for safety purposes. It was nice to just browse a little. Parking was awesome lots of garage space for shaded parking.
