Yesterday was my first visit and I'll definitely return! Very relaxed atmosphere probably because it's a small salon. Friendly smiling workers did a great job on our pedicures. The foot/leg massage was awesome! Excellent prices. Only complaint is the bottles of polish are thrown into 3 bins so it's like a scavenger hunt picking out your colors. If this was fixed I'd give them 5 stars.

I moved to this area 5 &1/2 years ago and was referred to LA Nails by a friend. I've been going ever since and have not been disappointed! The employees are always kind and professional. They are up to date on the latest trends for a younger client but also accommodating to a more mature cliental as well. I recommend you give them a try. I'm sure you will be pleased!

Some of the techs are wonderful, however the young women that sits in the very right hand corner (at the moment she has blue hair) has messed up my nails every time she has done them. I told her i wanted removal and a new set and instead she broke off a few of the ends and filled the tips???? She assured me this would not be an issue and they would not break or be any different than a new set. I had to ask her to fix half of them because some nails were thick and others looked like they had no acrylic coating at all. 2 of the nails broke off the VERY NEXT DAY. I will continue to use this salon, but this woman will never touch my nails again .

Absolutely love this place!! Been going since 2004! They are more than my nail people now, they are my family!!!

Well let’s see, I came in to get a Mani/Pedi. I started off with my pedicure, I also was getting my acrylic nails removed. The lady sits a bowl of acetone in my lap to place my hands in, she continues with my pedicure which was an average pedicure. So then before I get up to go get my manicure she doesn’t realize the bowl is still on my lap and pulled the towel away and spills acetone all in my crotch and at this point it’s burning so bad I’m almost crying. I composed myself and walked over to the manicure table to continue but the pain was so unbearable I couldn’t even enjoy it let alone the manicure was a buff of my nails, some cheap oil rubbed on my arms, and then a clear coat. My friend only got a set of acrylics and they had the nerve to charge me $94 for everything.
Update: I received 50% of my money back which was $30.
