Got a manicure with gel polish. Paper states price is $17 manicure, $5 gel. Charged me $35. When inquire as to what part of that was $35 they stated cuticle clip. I asked if they clip the cuticle for just polish which they stated yes. I asked again so where is the $35. They did not have an answer. Was forced to pay $35 for a $22 service that was not even a good manicure.
