Went on Thursday cuz had two hours to kill and decided I would look for a place for a pedicure. I google all the ones close to me and all had pretty bad reviews. Found one with excellent reviews called Q Nails. Long story short, my gps sucks and took me to this place and the lady just made it seem like they used to be Q Nails and changed to Edinburg nails. Then after she started, she mentioned Q Nails was down the street but I was already there so decided to let her continue. Horrible work! My heels are super rough and cracked and in pain from her over using her cheese grater looking tool and had nail polish left on cuticles. Won't ever go back.

Absolutely the worst place I've had my nails done. If I could select 0 stars I would. I've never had someone use an electric filer to remove regular nail polish. I told her not to file my polish of from my toenails but to use nail polish remover because it would ruin the nail bed. She did it for one foot and ignored what I said and filed the other foot. She was real rough while clipping my toenails. She was also rough with my finger nails to the point that it burned as she filed. I asked for oval and they ended up looking like jagged triangles. I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Nope, the acrylic was fat, bumpy and uneven. I gave her the benefit of the doubt again, the nail light pink polish had black dirt looking dots and she just pretend like I wouldn't be bothered. It was horrible experience. At the end, I just asked her to remove the ugly acrylic nails. My nail bed is now super damaged and fragile. To top it off, it was a super dirty salon. DO NOT GO HERE.

I asked for shellac! Whatever they did use is chipping at the tips. If anyone who has gotten shellac before would know, the edge of your nail should never chip!
