This place is desperate to rip off customers. Go anywhere but here! Been here a few times and service is only ok. On my last visit I was told you must tip 20% minimum! Want $10 on a $61 bill for ok service, not friendly at all. Won't waste my money here when up the block there are two more salons.

With the amount of nail salons competing in the area you would think you would at least be greeted with a “welcome”/ “hello” / “how are you”, instead I received the exact opposite. No greeting and five seconds into me standing at the entry an employee approaches me “what do you want?”
I will say that my gel manicures are neat and clean and most of the employees are very pleasant. (I wish they wore name tags for a shout out)
The Masseuse on staff is excellent, even 10 minutes you will walk out feeling refreshed.
Overall, nobody wants to walk into a nail salon and not be greeted, it’s just a part of standard customer service.

When I walked in all of the technicians were busy except for what seemed to be a manager whom was on his phone. No one said hello or asked what type of service was needed. Walked out after a few mins to another place down the block that had friendly staff.

I went to get a UV gel manicure. It was one of the worst manicures I have ever had. I have nail polish all over my fingers that she didn’t clean off. The nail polish on my nails have a ombré effect that looks so bad. It was the first and will be the last time I ever go there.
