I didn't even want to give 1 star, but in order to write this review I had to put one.
I went to this facility not even a week ago and my fresh painted gel nails started peeling in 2 days. I went back for them to re-paint/fix and I got the same person, who was angry and mad she that she had to redo them). She rushed through the service and left me with streaky/bubbly nails that will peel again tomorrow!!! The reason it's lifting is she painted skin and didn't bother to go back with the paint brush and acetone. If I find a way to post pics, I will. The owner didn't even check in on me once to see how things were going, or should I say NOT GOING. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND IF YOU GET MAI, RUN!!!!!

Consistently fast and professional in a friendly environment. Im sure others are good however, Mai is the best nail specialist!
