Never again, time and time again I’m shown why I should not go to this place. I’ve constantly gone to luxury for my nails and pedicures but no more. I have been charged wrong because she charged me for gel polish even though she told me she couldn’t do the gel on my toes and did regular polish, but she couldn’t refund me. And gone back. Today, I literally sat for 30 minutes plus 15 minutes to pick a color (because I was undecided) and was never worked on. Not even asked if I needed anything or told how much longer it would be and no it wasn’t busy, I’ve waited less time when they have way more people than they did. Also chased out the shop even though I told them it’s ok I’d go somewhere else. Don’t go here, just horrible.

Went in for an eyebrow wax and the service was not good. I know they were understaffed but it was the quickest wax I have ever had. When she finally got to me there was no greeting just motioned for me to lay down. She didn't blow on the wax or let it cool but laid the was right on. Felt like fire. I bet I break out from it. No thank you after. Just the amount owed. Won't be stopping there any time soon.

I got a gel fill on Friday, December 23rd, the polish started peeling on Saturday and by Christmas my nails looked like garbage! I went back today expecting to have my nails redone at no charge. They tell me that it is going to be $15 to fix! I asked her would she pay again if it were her.....crickets. I have been a regular paying customer who tips for awhile, so I am not looking for anything free! Not even when the owner ripped my skin off my face during a wax! So this will be my last visit to this establishment. TAKE MY ADVICE, SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! BAD SERVICE AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT IS OVERPRICED AND OVERRATED!!!

I see Andy each time. He does the BEST massage I've ever had - feet and hands. Today, he did an excellent design with pearls (I brought them). Reasonably priced. I highly recommend Andy!

Horrible service. Unfriendly staff. Unprofessional. Got a pedicure. They simply soaked my feet about 3 minutes, dried my feet & painted my toes. No foot massage, no cuticle work. First time there & I won't go back.
