I asked about having my nails done so that it would look natural and not too long. The manager & possibly owner suggested I do the ‘dip’. He asked me to pick a color and handed me two dozen nails on 2 rings to pick from. He insisted I give him one hand to start and gave me no time to actually look at them as it is nearly impossible to do with one hand. He rushed through the process and charged $45 for this and a tip. Later, I realized on closer inspection that my every nail had a dip in the center of it. They looked disfigured. My husband trying not to hurt my feelings only said ‘that doesn’t look right, they need to fix that.’
I couldn’t go back right away so today, a couple days later, I did and he tried again. Again he rushed the process but he did create what looks like a more normal nail however after the top coat was added and dried the nails look like they were polished and then someone made fingerprints and streaks in each nail. I brought this to his attention and he implied that I held them too close to the fan but I had held my hands where he said to. So he put another clear coat on and asked me to hold them in front on the fan again...about 15 minutes which didn’t make any difference. They are not smooth and they look bad. I wish I never went in there. Someone else did a pedicure for me that original night and it does look good but $75 dollars and two evenings later, I should have nice looking nails...that’s the whole point. He honestly seemed to just want to get me out of there so he could get as many others in as possible...if he cared about the quality there’s no way he would have let me leave like that. Super dissatisfied and disappointed. I won’t go back again. 2 stars because at least my pedicure was beautifully done and the person doing it was very detailed and cared about her workmanship.

I was a licensed nail tech an I’m very particular about my nails. May meets all my needs, knows exactly what I like! She takes her time for perfection and never disappoints me. I definitely reccomend her and the salon!

1st I have ever been there. I believe the owner was my tech, and he was professionals, fast and did a fantastic job. Would definitely recommend.

Best nail salon I’ve gone too. Make the best ombré nails I’ve seen so far. Great place.
