This place is the epitome of everything you should avoid! Extremely demanding and out of line, will have no problem talking about you right in front of you.
Never explain and sometimes give me something different then what you ask for & will throw the “you weren’t clear on what you wanted” card.
Save your time and money, don’t come here!

I came in for a soak off and the woman doing my soak off recommend a clear pink shellac for a natural look, midway through my nails, she was called to help someone else at which time someone took her place. She was nice but it was apparent that had never done nails, she broke my natural nail below the quick so I asked her to cut it down she then got up, I was told someone else would do my nails in 2 minutes. 45 minutes went by, I got up, paid and left and was not apologized to. I would of waited for a professional in the first place, my nails were completely butchered. If you decide to still go in that place, ask for Jay and wait.

Waited over 45. No one apologized and she didn’t even care. People coming in after we’re gettin called first .

terrible business. I really realy don't understand how some people are regulars here? The older woman who looks like she runs the place is SOOOOO rude and extremely rough with you and your service. I've been there twice to give them a second chance but ill never return or advise ANYONE to go here. literally go anywhere else.
Shop is dirty and told look extremely overused and dirty too. The lady i mentioned cut me and my 11 year old niece while we got manicures AFTER i told her she was being rough, she literally didn't care.
