I recently( Today to be exact) had a TERRIBLE experience with Luxury nails. My pedicure literally took 10 minutes....I sat down, was serviced, and 10 minutes later I was walking out. Nothing was done properly at all! When I asked the person servicing me “Are you done already?” He replied yes and it was because of the type of Pedicure that I picked. When I asked to speak with the manager, he ignored me. I called the manager over and spoke to her in a calm respectful manner and she replied that everyone is different. A pedicure can take 10 minutes or longer, it depends on the person....have you ever had a 10 minute pedicure? The service here was at an all time low...The worst I have ever had to date! Upon leaving, I also noticed and felt a cut on my foot from the person servicing me lack of knowledge in proper filing! Now I have to find another salon to fix the damage that Luxury Nails has caused and receive a proper pedicure that takes longer than 10 minutes. I wish I could rate this salon a negative 5 stars instead of the 1 Star! I will never put myself in such a predicament! If anyone reading has a better suggestion for an awesome pedicure experience please let me know!

If I could put zero stars I would. I came in an hour before closing and they wouldn’t take me in for a simple task. This place sucks I don’t recommend.

ALWAYS ASK FOR VICTOR!! He did such a good job I love my nails so much and I will definitely be going back to him every time. He is such a nice man!!!

If u want horrible quick and rushed service then come here. They half do ur nails and pedicure, don’t shape your nails or nothing. They see u as walking $ sign and not a valuable customer. I won’t be returning at all. I will go to another shop
