If I could give less than one star I would. I came in for a gel manicure. She placed acitone in a bowl to soak off my gel. Then used a grinder on my nails to remove what was left of the gel. The grinder slipped several times catching the sides of my fingers. After she was done with the acetone. I witnessed her pour it back into the same bottle she just poured it out of and return it to her station for the next use. She did not remove all of old polish and painted over with my new manicure. She then “clipped” my cuticles. I use the the term “clipped” very loosely. Several of my fingers bled from this process. My cuticles were not only clipped but so were the sides of my fingers. She then proceed to paint my nails with the polish from my previous manicure remaining. The new “polish” also included my blood from the injuries of the “clipping” process. I happened to notice the blood on my middle finger prior to the final process and ask for it to be removed. I did not see it on my ring finger until after the conclusion of the manicure. I currently have blood on my ring finger polish. I now have to worry about infections on my nails. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO HERE.

I have always loved going to Fashion Nails in Chagrin Falls. They are very nice there, they go out of their way to ensure that you get what you want done and have a positive experience there. Prices are extremely reasonably and especially for this area. They do not make you wait like most other nail places around here do, I am in and out within a reasonable amount of time and I always love my nails! The quality of the products they use are much better than other places I have tried in this area - I will always go to Fashion Nails!!!

Do not go here if you want a relaxing, kind hearted experience. The technicians are self centered, do not listen, rough, and make everything the customers fault. They do not put the customer first.

My daughter went here and got her nails done. The lady hand filed several of her nails way to much on the sides and now my daughter is in a lot of pain. Wish I could post a picture. She should never have paid for this service.

Lena has been doing my nails for 7 years! She does excellent work! Her shop is clean and beautiful! The staff is friendly and helpful ❤️
