Katie is the sweetest person you will meet in a nail salon. She is such a genuine owner, she wants every customer to have a great experience! I would not recommend any other salon! Check her and the crew out one time and you will be hooked just like me and my significant other!

This is the best Nail place I’ve ever been to. The owner gave me a pedicure and she was so nice, friendly, and talked to us the entire time. She didn’t speed through my pedicure, she took her time like she wanted me to enjoy it and did a great job. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent service ! I can't remember the last time I enjoyed my mani and pedi this much. As soon as I got there I was acknowledged and then sat to start my pedi. I was not rushed, and I enjoyed the beverage. I plan to go back !

This used to be a great place... Now not so much. Came in at 430, at 630 I was just about done with my pedi (after waiting 45 mins, and no they weren't busy either) yet not person has touched my nails which needed the SNS powder taken off and replaced. Keep in mind, they close at 7pm...😒😒... When the owner Katie is not there, I always receive HORRIBLE service. I would say it was just a bad day, but nope this kind of treatment has happened several times. The nail techs like to argue with you about what you requested versus what they want to do for you. I refuse to pay for a ridiculous nail service time and rude treatment. I'm so disappointed. Mrs. Katie please don't take off anymore. 😖😖

I arrived in town yesterday in preparation for my friend and my cousin's wedding and I wasn't able to get my nails done before I left home. I was a little apprehensive about having services away from my usual place, but it would be extremely remiss of me not to tell you that the staff at VIP Nail Spa alleviated any and all anxiety I had. The caliber of their work is impeccable and is only accentuated more by the degree of professionalism and perfection they exhibit. I enjoyed my visit immensely (especially Tuan who I'm sure is a comedian as well....lol). The owner, whose name escapes me, is also very warm and welcoming. She even gifted each of the clients with our choice of scented lotion --which I accidentally left behind:-(
Each time I return to Biloxi, I will definitely be visiting my new friends at my home away from home!
