Very nice people! They made me feel very welcomed! but....the person who did my nails (who was a women) messes them up, uneven and even the polish was poor. The other thing I noticed was the place was dirty, not in the sense of just a few things on the ground it was the fact that there was cobwebs everywhere, the bathroom was rusty and gross, the floor was dirty and even the thing you put your fingers in for your gel had nail polish all over it! Iv never been in a nail salon that had that kind of dirtiness before it was very strange. I give them 5 out of 5 for being friendly but over all my nails and how the nail salon looks is a 2 I’m sorry...

Firstly, they got me in right away and for me, that's what kind of salon I need. But, more importantly, the owner and his wife are lovely, kind and sociable people who ask YOU questions about your life instead of having an awkward silence game going on...you know what I'm talking about, right, lol? As for skill level, spot on. It's weird because he takes his time and is meticulous yet, hardly any time passes; don't know how else to explain it. And then, to top all of that off, AND the beautiful nails he gives you, he gives a full arm and hand message and I mean FULL: arm up to your shoulder....seriously would pay to just have that done...not even kidding! Well, don't take my word for it; try them out...you be the judge but, I come all the way from the other end of Paso to see them...hence my five-star rating! Thanks Premier Nails and Spa! You now have a repeat customer--my mom and I both! ;-D

Absolutely horrible!!! I had a pink & white fill, which was done wrong and then three days later started to lift. I went back as six days after to see if thy could repair the issue. They claimed I was there 2 or 3 weeks ago, then proceeded to yell and call me a liar. Completely awful people. During my pedicure, (my first & only visit) their little baby was crying at the foot of the pedicure chair in her walker. I love kids, but I was hoping to go and relax. GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
