I walked in today around 3 pm to get a polish change. Nobody said a single word to me. I signed in, and finally a lady said, what do you want. I told her just a polish change, she just said it will be 20 minutes and never looked back up. Didn’t say to pick a polish or anything. I sat there and waited 30 minutes and just left. Went to Lee Nails at Regency where they welcomed me, got me right in and gave me a glass of wine. Yeah, lesson for the day, Herbal Nails is a joke. I’ll never waste my time there again.

This is a one time post of a 2. Ive been going here for 10+ yrs. My normal, awesome lady, was not there yesterday, 6/26/18. A man, I've never seen there, did my nails. Never again. He started my SNS nails by grinding my nail surface. When I asked him questions, he told me, "Dont worry about it." I was told be another girl, who I've never seen, "Eveyone does things different." Well, NO!! THATS WHY I GET SNS. I don't want my nail surface messed up. Nails were cut too short. Again filing them too hard. (Lisa normally does my nails. She is wonderful!! 5+ for her.)

Went Saturday afternoon and asked how long the wait would be. “A few minutes” became a half hour before they took a girl that came in after me. I left for good.

I wouldn't suggest this nail salon. I get my nails done every other week and I've never hurt nor bled the way that I did here. It has been 4 days since my manicure and the cuticles around my nails are still sore. They were rushing while doing my nails and made me bleed twice. I also received a pedicure and the skin under my big toe has been miserably itching since I got my toes done. My nails look worse than they did before I got them done. See pictures for both bleeding nails. All my nails are peeling around the cuticle areas as well
