I will say they do take their time with your nails and I have left with decent nails each time. The only reason why I don't give them 5 stars is because I find most of the workers rude. They have great color selection and talent but I stopped going because I don't enjoy their workers attitudes. There might be 3 workers that are pleasant and they have A LOT of workers.

I have been in several times since this place opened, and really want to like it as it’s so convenient to where I live. That said, I always leave with less than stellar service. This last time I had a Manicure in which she literally let my hands (cuticles) soak for all of 30 seconds or less before starting in, and it was a rough hurried process. My cuticles were not really addressed and sadly my straight manicure started chipping within 24 hours, as it had done in the past. When I do my own at home, the polish will last a week.
The pedicure she gave me was PAINFUL and very rough. I have small abrasions on the tops of toes where I guess she nicked my skin with the cuticle snippers??? Anyway, it was less than pleasant and not sure if I really want to give it another go again.
The plus side, it’s in a great location, and is very pretty inside their space and they always seem to walk-in availabilty.

Vivian gave me the best manicure I've had in years! Place is very clean and the staff very friendly! Highly recommended!

Extremely organized staff. I appreciate how there is one woman who works as the secretary. It may not seem important, but every other salon in Overland Park seems understaffed and the "receptionist" is always doing my nails while on the phone. At Posh, I feel like they're very honest about their wait times- they don't lie to you to try to keep your business. Also, besides the great service, the salon is gorgeous and extremely clean!
Update: the past few visits I have had have been more under-whelming. I have had to wait upwards of 15 minutes even with an appointment booked. I also do not feel like the quality of my gel manicure is consistent. Varies greatly depending on who the manicurist is.
