My mother and I went to BAY nails last Friday (8/11/17) for gel manicures. As of Wednesday, her nails were peeling. And yesterday, my gel lifted and is practically off. A regular manicure, I can understand, but GEL...GIVE ME A BREAK. I stopped in to explain or determine WHAT happened as this is not our first gel services. They said, it can last UP TO 2 WEEKS. Absolutely furious and will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. Must be cheap products. My favorite was the ARTISTRY SALON in DE, but the traffic jams are horrible. I guess you get what you pay for Very unhappy and disgrundled at this point.

Been here a few times. Every time there is always a long wait, never enough people to work. There's only one person who does a really good job, unfortunately I can't remember her name, but she's an older woman. I went two or three weeks ago and the owner's daughter almost tore my cuticles apart while giving me a manicure. Literally, one of my fingers started bleeding.
I desperately needed my nails done again so I come in at 6pm when they close at 7pm, and was told no more customers are being taken. In that case then the sign should say the salon is closed at 6pm. Waste of time, I will not be visiting again.
