Lovely place, very clean. The staff were incredibly professional and very friendly. The massage was fantastic and ran around $85 for 60 min.

So welcoming, personable and accommodating for a same day facial request. My facial was excellent and so was the well educated lady who did it. She was pleasant and understanding of my allergies so much that she was able to recommend future items for me to avoid any future irritation.

I don't go anywhere else for a brow wax. Kim does a beautiful job and the Salon is just beautiful inside.

Just had a fabulous experience with Carol at Grazia! Had a custom facial...highly recommend. Carol know skin, gives a wonderful clinical and calming facial. Will definitely be going back. What a great new spa for Malvern!
