Terrible!never go there. I was bleedg from one nail and they did not even have the solution
To put on. One of the nail technicians was watching a baseball game while doing my nails .i give it a zero..
Unbelievable. They should close this place down!

Terrible service, I went to do my nails here a few days ago and 2 already came off!! I went in and told the same guy who had done them what had happened with my experience and he was just PLAIN OUT RUDE. I asked him to re do the two nails and he was apparently angry at the fact that I had told another customer who was asking me about my experience here and took the wrong chemical and put it on my nails he had “ REDID” and left my gel acrylic nails very ugly and dry looking. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE! YOUR NAILS WILL FALL OFF IN LESS THAN A WEEK OR A WEEK AND A HALF AND THE ASIAN GUY WHO DOES THIS JOB IS JUST PLAIN OUT RUDE , DISGUSTING ATTITUDE AND SERVICE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE! If you do not believe me find out on your own. NAILS FALL OFF FAST AND ITS NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY. NEVER BEEN TREATED THIS HORRIBLE IN A NAIL SALON FIRST TIME.

Under new management! Love their new owner! Super friendly and welcoming! Definitely would recommend and will come back reguarly!!

The place is under new ownership. The previous owner did a terrible job of maintaining the area. Customer service was terrible. But with new additional employees and two very experience managers (Kim Chau) from other successful businesses working to improve the customer service. Definitely come to bergenline nails!
